Hi, I'm Blake.
I built doneful because the existing "ADHD cleaning" advice online didn't actually work for my brain. Most of it is either a 47-step checklist that I bounce off of in 30 seconds, or vague platitudes like "just break it into smaller steps" with no help actually doing that.
So I built the thing I wished existed. A reset system that lives on my phone, meets me wherever my energy is that day, and gives me one tiny next step instead of a wall of tasks. I use it myself. Every reset in here is something I've personally tested on the worst cleaning days I've had.
